Our arrangements are designed using seasonal blooms and the freshest flowers available. While the overall style and color palette will remain consistent, specific flower varieties and vessels may vary based on availability.

We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value while maintaining the integrity of the design.

Online orders placed by 7 PM CT / Chicago time are scheduled for next-day delivery throughout Chicago and nearby suburbs. Delivery is available Monday–Saturday. Orders placed after 7 PM CT will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

Deliveries are available Monday–Saturday between 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM. Delivery times may be extended during peak holiday periods. A $100 minimum order before tax and delivery is required for all delivery orders.

If the recipient is unavailable, our driver will attempt to contact them. When appropriate, the arrangement may be left in a safe location, with a concierge, front desk, or neighbor.

Once delivery is completed, Vy’s & Bloom Studio is not responsible for flowers left unattended or for damage caused by heat, cold, wind, rain, or other weather conditions. If you prefer the arrangement not be left outside, please make sure someone is available to receive it.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds based on personal preference.

If there is a concern regarding the quality of your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include a photo. We will review the issue and, if appropriate, offer a replacement at our discretion.

At this time, we offer next-day delivery only to ensure the highest quality and care in each design.

We will do our best to accommodate timing requests; however, specific delivery times are not guaranteed.

During major holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year), we are unable to accommodate specific delivery time requests due to high order volume.

For business addresses, we recommend including business hours at checkout, and we will make every effort to deliver prior to closing.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel an order. Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once flowers have been ordered, processed, designed, or sent out for delivery.

Yes. For custom floral requests, please contact our studio before placing your order so we can confirm availability, design direction, and delivery timing.

If your address isn’t listed at checkout, we may not currently service that area. For special delivery requests, please feel free to reach out to our studio.

We understand the importance of timely and thoughtful gestures during moments of loss.

Sympathy deliveries may be accommodated on Sundays to service locations only. Please contact us directly to arrange delivery timing or to discuss more customized sympathy designs tailored to your needs.

Our arrangements are designed in a vase, ready to be enjoyed the moment they arrive.

Our bouquets are European-style, hand-tied florals wrapped in modern paper—a great option for a beautifully presentable, gift-ready moment. They are designed to be placed in your own vase at home (vase not included).

Before creating your floral arrangement or bouquet, our studio carefully hydrates and processes each stem to help ensure freshness and longevity.

For vase arrangements, we recommend changing the water daily and keeping the flowers in a cool area away from direct sunlight, heat, air vents, and strong airflow such as ceiling fans. Clean water will help keep your flowers fresher longer.

For hand-wrapped bouquets, trim the stems at an angle upon arrival and place them in clean lukewarm water as soon as possible. Refresh the water daily and re-trim the stems every 1–2 days for best results. Clean water is one of the best ways to help extend the life of your flowers.

Please note that we do not include flower food packets with our designs. Flower longevity may vary based on flower variety, temperature, and overall environment.
