We currently offer next-day delivery only. This allows our studio time to source, process, and thoughtfully design your flowers with the care they deserve.

Deliveries are generally completed Monday through Saturday between 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM. Delivery windows may be extended during major holidays and periods of high order volume.

A $100 minimum order before tax and delivery is required.

You may include a preferred delivery timeframe during checkout, and we’ll make every reasonable effort to accommodate it. However, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

For deliveries to businesses, please include the business name and operating hours so we can plan delivery before closing.

Our driver will attempt to contact the recipient. When appropriate, flowers may be left in a safe location or delivered to a concierge, front desk, receptionist, or neighbor.

Once delivery is completed, Vy’s & Bloom Studio is not responsible for flowers left unattended or for damage caused by heat, cold, wind, rain, or other weather conditions. If you do not want the flowers left outside, please ensure someone is available to receive them.

No. For customer privacy and safety, anonymous deliveries are not accepted. The sender’s name must be provided with every order.

The sender’s contact information will only be used when needed to process or clarify the order.

Every arrangement is individually created using seasonal blooms and the freshest flowers available.

The overall color palette, style, size, and feeling of the selected design will be maintained, but specific flower varieties and vessels may vary based on availability. We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value while protecting the integrity of the design.

Yes. For floral requests outside our online collection, please submit an inquiry before ordering. We’ll review your preferred design direction, budget, delivery date, and location before confirming availability.

If your delivery address is not accepted during checkout, it may be outside our current delivery area.

Please submit an inquiry before placing your order so we can confirm whether special delivery can be accommodated and provide the applicable delivery fee.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation.

Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once flowers have been ordered, processed, designed, or sent out for delivery. Approved changes may be subject to additional charges.

Because flowers and plants are perishable, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds based on personal preference.

If you have a concern regarding the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photographs. We’ll review the concern and, when appropriate, may offer a replacement at our discretion.

Sunday sympathy delivery may be available for funeral homes, churches, and other service locations.

A vase arrangement arrives fully designed in a vessel and is ready to enjoy.

Our European-style bouquets are hand-tied and wrapped in modern floral paper. They are gift-ready but designed to be placed in the recipient’s own vase. A vase is not included unless stated in the product description.

For vase arrangements, change the water daily and keep the flowers in a cool area away from direct sunlight, heat, air vents, and strong airflow.

For hand-tied bouquets, trim the stems at an angle and place them in a clean vase with fresh, lukewarm water as soon as possible. Refresh the water daily and re-trim the stems every one to two days.

Flower longevity varies depending on the flower variety, temperature, environment, and care.
