A limited number of pre-order Sunday deliveries (May 10th) are available.

We kindly recommend placing your pre-order early to ensure availability.
All Sunday deliveries must be pre-ordered by Friday at 10 PM (CT).

Pre-orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for Monday delivery.

Vy’s & Bloom Studio — FAQ & Policies

  • Our arrangements are designed using seasonal blooms and the freshest flowers available. While the overall style and color palette will remain consistent, specific flower varieties and vessels may vary based on availability.

    We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value while maintaining the integrity of the design.

  • Deliveries are available Monday through Saturday between 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM and may extend during peak holiday periods. A minimum order of $100 (before tax and delivery) is required for all delivery orders.

    If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our driver will attempt to contact them. If we are unable to reach the recipient, the arrangement may be left in a safe and secure location when appropriate, or with a concierge, front desk, or neighbor.

    At the recipient’s request, arrangements may be left in a designated safe location. Once delivery has been completed, Vy’s & Bloom Studio is not responsible for flowers left unattended or for any loss, theft, or damage due to weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, or precipitation.

    If you prefer the arrangement not be left outside, please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If delivery cannot be completed, we will coordinate with the recipient to arrange a suitable delivery time or redeliver the next business day.

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds based on personal preference.

    If there is a concern regarding the quality of your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include a photo. We will review the issue and, if appropriate, offer a replacement at our discretion.

  • At this time, we offer next-day delivery only to ensure the highest quality and care in each design.

  • Each arrangement is uniquely designed using seasonal blooms. While the overall style and color palette will remain consistent, specific flower varieties and vessels may vary based on availability.

  • We will do our best to accommodate timing requests; however, specific delivery times are not guaranteed.

    During major holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year), we are unable to accommodate specific delivery time requests due to high order volume.

    For business addresses, we recommend including business hours at checkout, and we will make every effort to deliver prior to closing.

  • If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our driver will attempt to contact them. If we are unable to reach the recipient, the arrangement may be left in a safe and secure location when appropriate, or with a concierge, front desk, or neighbor.

    If delivery cannot be completed, we will coordinate with the recipient to arrange a suitable delivery time, or the order will be redelivered the next business day.

  • Orders may be modified or canceled within a limited window after they are placed. Once flowers have been processed or arrangements are in production, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations.

    Once your arrangement is out for delivery, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • We understand the importance of timely and thoughtful gestures during moments of loss.

    Sympathy deliveries may be accommodated on Sundays to service locations only. Please contact us directly to arrange delivery timing or to discuss more customized sympathy designs tailored to your needs.

  • Our arrangements are designed in a vase, ready to be enjoyed the moment they arrive.

    Our bouquets are European-style, hand-tied florals wrapped in modern paper—a great option for a beautifully presentable, gift-ready moment. They are designed to be placed in your own vase at home (vase not included).
